Our orders are shipped from 8 warehouses nationwide. We process orders every hour and route them to the warehouses closest to your shipping location. Currently due to Covid-19 we are experiencing minor delays in processing. It may be up to 2 business days for your order to ship out of the warehouse. Please also note, we are seeing delays with USPS and their First Class Mail, so if you are in urgent need of your product please select “UPS Ground” during checkout.

Orders with our $1.99 shipping rate are shipped First Class Mail, while any order with a $5.99 shipping rate is shipped via UPS. Any orders over 10lbs are automatically shipped via UPS.

Currently we do not have the ability to expedite orders. Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
